March 5th Demo ( Showed visual). Cost of $3,200.00, which we already have. And a total of $5,000.00 to $6,000.00. We will not be doing raised seating in the sanctuary because it is cost prohibitive.

  • Opened the floor for questions

Discussion on the demo project

Mike Gilbert: We will do the Barn door?

Pastor Ben Lanes: Its still an option if we really want to.

Melanie Sawyer: Barn door would be an issue for Children.

Kevin Davis: Reminded us that that wall is a fire wall.

Randy Zink: Insurance Concern in regards to messing with the fire wall.

Jordan Therrien: Is the demo day open to teens?

Pastor Ben Landes: The demo is open to teens.

Venessa Therrien: Asked if we did the raised seating would we be doing alternate seating to compensate?

Bryon Sawyer: The raised seating would increase the cost because we’d have to move the HVAC.

Discussion on Community Groups

Anne Finch: 15 to 20 in a community group? What happens when it gets bigger?

Pastor Ben Landes: When it hits a certain number start thinking about how it will multiply. Elders would be in conversation with group. It’s a sign of health.

Anne Finch: It’ll happen sooner rather than later.
